10-Year Health Plan: Stroke Association
I designed the 2025 10-Year Health Plan report ‘Unlocking potential’ for the Stroke Association. The report sets out a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to addressing the challenges and inequities in stroke care, and outlines opportunities for improvement across the entire stroke pathway, from prevention and early intervention to stroke rehabilitation and life-after-stroke support.
The brief was to design an engaging and accessible report. I used colours and icons to differentiate between different sections and infographics to illustrate key statistics and information.
